About the author

I am currently preparing a PhD at Orange Labs. The thesis title is “Métrologie de l’internet du futur: Nouvelles métriques et méthodes de mesures de la qualité de navigation Web”, investigating Quality of Service (QoS), Quality of Experience (QoE), monitoring as well as troubleshooting new protocols. To put forward user-centricity, my goal is to improve content providers’ delivery and promote network operators’ business plans, analyze different networking techniques or protocols which are being re-thought (e.g HTTP/2, QUIC/UDP, DNS/QUIC, etc.), and hence contribute to the future internet. In order to quantify the advantages and drawbacks which can be leveraged, I am deeply investigating the monolithic term performance.
