Andrian Visnevschi

Andrian Visnevschi is a network enthusiast, CEO, CTO and founder of ITcare, and holds JNCIE-SP #2975. He has spent over 15 years in telecommunications and IT, starting hands-on in routing, switching and service provider networks, and has worked in both Operations and Engineering across nationwide and Tier 1 ISPs, data center operators, cloud and hosting providers, voice carriers and enterprises spanning multiple continents. His work covers IP/MPLS integrations and transformations, next-generation MVPN, Anycast RP in PIM-SM, EVPN-VXLAN data center fabrics, subscriber management, network automation, DDoS protection tooling, and large-scale monitoring across Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Nokia and many others. He is a founder of MDNOG, Moldova's first Network Operators Group, and works on HORA, an AI NetOps platform built and run inside ITcare's own NOC as well as for ITcare's customers.
