Ramil Mastiyev

Ramil Mastiyev is an IT executive and solution architect with 20+ years of experience in data center design, systems engineering, and technical project management across banking, academic, telecom, and public-transport infrastructure. He is the sole developer of MarinaDNS, a free DNS and network diagnostics toolkit, and NODA, a dual-axis DNS health and best-practice assessment methodology built in the spirit of SSL Labs and Tranco. He writes here from that intersection: enterprise infrastructure experience applied to measuring how well real-world DNS is actually configured.
