Sid Mathur

Siddharth "Sid" Mathur is the founder and lead engineer at Fastah Inc., where he builds the IP geolocation data the rest of us depend on without thinking twice. With more than 23 years in the industry, including roles at Nokia and several scrappy startups, he’s a committed performance nerd who’s happiest when he’s optimizing a network, writing Go software, or hardening a system. He recently delivered technical talks at NANOG 96 in San Francisco and NANOG 97 in Seattle, and he’s eager to bring more conversations to the RIPE region around AI tools for IP geolocation feeds and best practices for network operators.
