Since April 2019, I've worked as the HR Director for the RIPE NCC. In this job I'm responsible for aligning RIPE NCC's people management practices with the organisational strategy. Employee well-being and engagement is an important topic for the RIPE NCC, since without the people we would not be able to deliver to our members. As an organisation we take good care of our people but at the same time I see it as a personal challenge to always seek for improvement, with a personal touch.
