Tobias Sattler

Tobias Sattler is a board member and executive advisor to domain, DNS, and hosting businesses, and an independent researcher on the registrar ecosystem. He spent two decades on the registrar side, most recently on the Executive Board of united-domains, chaired the board of Public Technical Identifiers (PTI), the IANA functions operator, from 2022 to 2025, and co-authored RFC 9167. He is based in Poing, Germany.
