There is a catch in measuring CDNs. There are many websites who 'measure' CDN performance in realtime and go so much as to rank them. But such measurements are fundamentally flawed for a simple reason - CDNs are dynamic. CDN performance is directly proportional to incoming traffic from a particular region. Most of the features ( take caching for example ) start kicking in when the volume of traffic increases from that region. Not only that, there is a monetary component as well or in other words 'Pay more money, you get more features a.k.a, more speed' . So if we measure a target which doesn't have all the features in full working mode, then our results themselves are useless
