Assistant Manager for the RIPE NCC's Learning & Development Department, oversees the delivery of training activities and contributes to the course materials development. Before as Technical Trainer for the RIPE NCC traveled frequently throughout the RIPE NCC service region (Europe, the Middle East and parts of Central Asia) to deliver training courses on behalf of the RIPE NCC on a number of topics, including Local Internet Registries, IPv6, the RIPE Database and the Routing Registry.
As the Internet moves into the inevitable age of IPv6, new kinds of security challenges calling for new kinds of solutions await. In this article, we look at how our IPv6 security course is helping people and organisations get prepared to keep the future Internet secure.
After the success of the first RIPE NCC::Educa, we promised we'd arrange a second, one-day, online learning event aimed at training anyone who wished to be trained in a topic of paramount importance to the Internet community. And so we did!
