“Hi, when I try to wget Waikato traffic files from these servers the connection gets dropped after a few seconds and I'm left with a piece of the file. WAND describes this behavior would occur on their own servers for ipv4 downloaders. I am using ipv6 and I'm able to download from their servers, so I'm a bit confused why it happens on these servers. Please let me know if you can reproduce this, and if I should provide more information. Many thanks in advance, Eyal”
Hi Eyal, I've tried to reproduce your issue but it seems that I can't: the downloads work fine for me, and I get files of the appropriate size. There could be some on-path problem preventing the download from completing successfully for you; could you try different locations to download from? Alternatively, you could try to do partial downloads using HTTP range requests (see e.g. -C or -r in the curl manpage). As we are unable to reproduce your issue, there's not much that we can do to investigate the problem. If you find anything else, please let us know! Thanks, Paul de Weerd RIPE NCC

Hi Hasti, As mentioned in the article, the data can be read with libbgpdump. Please see https://bitbucket.org/ripencc/bgpdump/wiki/Home for the latest code.

Hi Dali, There was an issue with an intermediate system granting access to the dataset; this issue has been fixed, and we believe it is now working as intended again. Please let us know if you still experience any problems. Cheers!
