Amanda is a Sr. Communications Officer and Change Officer for the RIPE NCC. Much of her work focuses on increasing diversity and inclusion in the RIPE NCC and the RIPE community as well as leading efforts on change communications.
The RIPE Diversity Task Force is looking for local network operator groups, hacker spaces, computer science students and other Internet-focused groups from the local area to take part and share local perspectives with the RIPE community.
RIPE Fellows benefit from the face-to-face exposure being at a meeting provides: full engagement in plenary and RIPE Working Group sessions, experiencing BoFs, workshops and tutorials and, of course, the ample time to network and share best practices during coffee breaks, lunches and socials.
It's been a couple weeks since we concluded another successful RIPE Meeting. Nearly 500 people gathered from 54 countries for five days of technical discussions, best practice sharing and networking.

Resource certification can be used to help secure routing. The resource certification system is based on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) principles. The RIPE NCC Validator for resource certification can help network operators make the necessary routing decisions. You can download the tool below.
